Following KU Across the Atlantic

We started our European trip in London, primarily to watch KU play Arizona State. Following the Jayhawks across the Atlantic gave the opening chapter of our trip a very specific purpose.

We were in London from September 17 through September 19, before traveling to Bordeaux on September 20.

The reason for the trip’s first stop

Some trips begin with a destination. This one began with a game. London was our chance to bring KU into a much bigger European itinerary.

On to Bordeaux

From London, the focus shifted from KU to wine—and, as it turned out, an engagement.
